It's understandable if you experienced more than enough firecrackers this past weekend, but hopefully you have room for one more, in the form of Marrisa Nadler's lovely song of the same name. Off her current release July, which has incidentally been out since February, the song bleeds melancholy, coalescing with soft chords and reverberating mournful vocals that would be too easy to compare to the likes of Lana Del Rey. The video for "Firecrackers" is a lo-fi, near-noir production that works well with the song's nostalgic essence. Watch it below.
